Keri Mann
With 14 years as a certified athletic trainer and a lifelong background as a competitive volleyball player, Keri brings a level of body knowledge most stretch coaches simply don't have. She understands alignment, injury patterns, and movement mechanics. Not from a textbook, but from years of working with real athletes and real bodies.
Certified by the National Stretching Institute, Keri specializes in one-on-one stretching sessions focused on improving range of motion, correcting imbalances, and eliminating the chronic tightness that slows people down. As a mom of three, she also understands that life doesn't slow down just because your body hurts and she'll make sure yours doesn't have to either.

Mike Megill
Mike is the kind of coach who actually listens. With a background that spans physical therapy, personal training, and stretch coaching, he has a rare ability to figure out not just where you hurt but why. And that distinction makes all the difference.
With a Kinesiology degree from James Madison University and 5 years of hands-on experience with clients of all fitness levels, Mike brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every session. He won't rush you, won't overwhelm you, and won't treat you like just another appointment. If you've been dealing with pain that nobody has been able to fully explain, Mike is the person you want in your corner.

Chase Thomas
Chase, a graduate of Florida Southern College with a bachelor's degree in exercise science, originates from Louisville, Kentucky. He ventured to Florida to follow his passion for aiding individuals in achieving their health & wellness goals. As a former collegiate athlete he played baseball and basketball, his mission centers on elevating people's quality of life and bringing smiles to their faces.
With a comprehensive background that spans both the recipient and provider roles in physical therapy, Chase wholeheartedly champions the belief that incorporating stretching into our routines is fundamental for improving and sustaining our physical health. He truly believes that stretching is essential to improve and maintain our bodies so that we can live a care free and adventurous life. He looks forward to the prospect of connecting with you in the near future.

Tiara Berger
With a degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University, 7 years managing a holistic medical office, and a coaching background that spans cheerleading, youth athletics, and community fitness programs, Tiara brings one of the most well-rounded perspectives on health and wellness of anyone on the team.
She understands the clinical side of the body. She understands how lifestyle, stress, and movement patterns all intersect. And she knows how to translate that knowledge into stretch sessions that actually move the needle. Clients who've tried everything tend to connect deeply with Tiara because she's the rare coach who looks at the full picture before she ever starts working on you.

For the past 20 years, I have helped hundreds of busy professionals in their 40s and up get rid of aches, pains and tightness so they can move better and feel younger. When I started my career as a professional trainer, one of the first things I realized is that most people lack flexibility. They kept undoing all the progress they were making in the gym by spending most of their time sitting at a desk, on a couch, or in a car. No wonder they kept getting injured over and over again … because their body wasn’t in alignment. (If you’ve ever tried to drive a car that was out of alignment, you can just imagine how much stress is placed on your joints when your body is misaligned.)
So I created a simple stretching method to help my clients finally get rid of the pain and tightness that was holding them back, so they could finally get off the “pain train” and stop saying “no” to all the activities they love. No more bouncing from the physical therapist to the chiropractor to the massage therapist. My stretching method alone was able to resolve pain and reduce tightness in 99% of my clients who tried it!
The results were so astonishing that I founded the National Stretching Institute and now oversee the training and certification of hundreds of Stretching Professionals like myself, all over the world. After all, I don’t have anywhere close to the time required to stretch all the people who need it. So I’m just as passionate about showing other Stretching Professionals how to help their clients get out of pain as I am about helping my own.

❌ It’s NOT Yoga. Unlike yoga, we don’t focus on holding difficult or painful poses – we target specific stretches that realign your body, easing pain and unlocking true flexibility..
❌ It’s Not 20 Toe Touches … “Can’t I just stretch myself?” You could, but you’d be missing out on having a Certified Stretch Coach identify exactly where and how you need to be stretched in order to alleviate your pain and unlock your flexibility.
❌ It’s Not Painful … We do NOT follow the “no pain, no gain” approach. If you’ve ever stretched on your own, you’ve probably noticed that you often feel tight and uncomfortable. Physical therapy and chiropractic care are excellent for acute injuries and structural issues. What we do is different, we focus on the fascial and muscular imbalances that cause recurring pain and stiffness, many of which traditional treatments don't fully address. In fact, many of our clients come to us after PT or chiro and finally get the lasting relief they were looking for.
No. We don't follow the "no pain, no gain" approach. Most clients describe their sessions as deeply relaxing. You may feel some intensity as tight areas release, but nothing sharp or painful. If anything ever feels uncomfortable, your coach adjusts immediately.
Most clients feel a noticeable difference after their first couple of sessions. They feel lighter, looser, and more mobile. Lasting structural change typically develops over a series of sessions as your body learns to hold proper alignment. During your free assessment, your coach will give you a realistic timeline based on what they find.
Each session is 45 minutes, one-on-one, in a private room. Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. No special equipment or preparation needed.
Absolutely not! In fact, the less flexible you are, the more you'll benefit. Our clients range from active/former athletes to people who haven't exercised in years. Your coach meets you exactly where your body is and builds from there.
Most clients start with once or twice a week and adjust from there based on their goals. Your coach will make a personalized recommendation after your initial assessment. Consistency is key and the clients who see the most dramatic results are the ones who invest in making stretching a regular part of their routine.
Sessions are available as part of a membership program. There are different membership pricing offers available depending on each clients individual needs. Most clients choose once they experience their first session. Your coach will walk you through all options during your free assessment — no pressure, just clarity.
